At Kirktown we are making an active move towards using local produce & taking full advantage of the area we live & work in. We are also particularly proud of our home baking & our chefs truly enjoy making our selection of cakes, desserts & scones daily for you to enjoy.
Beef: Farmer Andrew’s Aberdeen Angus is our own beef, reared in pastures just North of Laurencekirk (14 miles away), It is also available in our Food Hall.
Vegetables: Where possible we use our own vegetables, grown locally by Dunbar Farmers.
At this time of the year all carrots, broccoli, lettuce, beetroot and potatoes (apart from baked potatoes) come from this farm.

Bread: J.G Ross of Inverurie
Soft Fruits: Castleton Farm of Fourdoun
Milk & Cream: Graham’s dairy in Grampian
Bacon: Selected farms across Aberdeenshire
Cheese: Majority comes from Devenick dairy in Banchory
Everyday we also offer a couple of special mains, 2 choices of soup, 2 choices of quiche, 3 different desserts and our popular "Scone of the day". We serve breakfast till 11:30, lunch ends at 3:30 & we serve coffee & cakes till 4:30.
